Dr. Antoine STOCKHAMMER

Dr Antoine Stockhammer is an FMH surgeon specializing in general and visceral surgery, currently affiliated with Clinique Générale Ste-Anne in Fribourg. He graduated in medicine from the University of Lausanne in 1985, and obtained his FMH in surgery in 1995. His career includes positions as assistant physician and head of clinic in visceral and vascular surgery at CHUV, as well as international experience in hepato-biliary surgery at Stanford University in California. Between 1999 and 2018, he worked as an independent surgeon in several clinics in French-speaking Switzerland. Dr Stockhammer is also a founding member of the Swiss Hernia Institute.
