A Medical Assistant

Workload: 80% to 100% (to be agreed upon)

Start date: June 2026, for a period of 6 months

Clinique Suisse Montreux, a renowned facility dedicated to women’s health and well-being, is seeking a passionate medical assistant to join its dynamic team as a maternity leave replacement.

Your Key ResponsibilitiesMedical reception:

• Greet and assist patients

• Manage appointments and the switchboard

• Handle collections and billing

• Process emails and track medical records via CuraMed

• Collaborate with external organizations (laboratories, medical practices, pharmacies, hospitals, insurance companies)

• Manage pregnancy records and track correspondence

Medical assistant:

• Perform basic medical procedures (urinalysis, simple dressings, suture removal, ECG/CTG monitoring)

• Draw blood and take vital signs

• Monitor pregnancies and prepare supplies for appointments and procedures

• Administer iron IV drips (under supervision) and give various injections

• Manage medical supply inventory and track lab results

• Provide support to the operating room team

Qualifications

• CFC in Medical Assisting or equivalent training

• First experience in the healthcare field

• Desired English proficiency level: B1–B2

• A welcoming attitude, empathy, and a professional approach

• A strong commitment to patient well-being and the quality of care

• Commitment to the clinic’s values, particularly regarding quality and safety
