Depending on how you use the site, we collect the following data: 

  • Contact form: First name, Last name, Swiss insurance number, Email address, Message; 
  • Applications: First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Resume, Cover Letter, Supporting Documents; 
  • Tracking: Anonymized IP address (via Google Analytics), anonymized browsing data. 
  • Newsletter sign-up form: First name, Last name, Date of birth, Email address  
  1. Legal basis for processing

The processing of your data is based on: 

  • Based on your explicit consent (Art. 6(6) of the new Data Protection Act) at the time you submit your information via the form; 
  • Regardingpre-contractual processing in connection with applications or contact requests; 
  • Based on our legitimate interest in ensuring the security and technical optimization of the website. 
  1. Data retention period
  • Contact requests: retained only for as long as necessary to process your request, then deleted immediately; 
  • Applications: retained for 6 months after the recruitment process closes, unless otherwise agreed; 
  • Anonymized technical data (cookies): in accordance with Google Analytics’ standard retention periods (up to 26 months). 
  1. Hosting and data security

Our website is hosted in Switzerland by VTX.
We implement appropriate security measures, including: 

  • SSL/TLS encryption of all communications; 
  • Restricted access to data; 
  • Regular security audits of infrastructure.

Your data is never sold or shared with third parties, except: 

  • To comply with a legal or regulatory requirement;

If the artificial intelligence we use interacts directly with you, we will inform you of this.
